Personal Injury Case Manager

Consisting of Anesthesiologist and Nurse Practitioners dedicated to pain management care in addition to diagnostic services and progressive rehabilitation. Our multi-specialty approach combines a variety of disciplines and allows them to perform in a single serene clinic providing patients with the most complete diagnosis and treatment available. Our medical facility is dedicated to providing excellent service where the patient will receive personal attention and care.

We are looking to grow our fast expanding team,

The medical case manager acts as a liaison between our facilities, and their corresponding attorneys in order to view case activities, and director receive authorization for services.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Update cases on EMR/Dashboard daily
  • Check on liability
  • Collect Policy Limits
  • Track Treatment
  • Track Imaging
  • Maintain contact and communication with attorneys
  • Retrieve information regarding case status and case activities
  • Reach out to attorneys for non-compliant patients
  • Alerts staff of gaps
  • Communicate with staff members in order to direct client treatment or receive approval for a further treatment
  • Maximizes case outcome and treatments with medical necessity
  • Draft Service Plans
  • Coordinating and Providing Care
  • Review case progress and determine case closure
  • Record case information and complete all necessary forms and procedure reports
  • Weekly meetings with medical staff

  • Knowledge of basic personal injury and policy and procedure
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via email and phone
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of basic medical terminology
  • High School/GED
  • Creative Problem Solving
  • Ability to tolerate frequent interruptions and demanding workload
  • Ability to be proficient with organization and planning
  • Must be able to make sound judgment and apply discretion
