Tam Tran

Tam Tran, PA-C has over 10 years of experience as a physician assistant and specializes in interventional pain management for the past 8 years. Tam was born in Wichita Falls, TX, and is the second oldest of six siblings born to loving parents, both refugees from Vietnam. As a child, he aspired to have a medical career to improve the quality of life and health of his surrounding community. He is fluent in Vietnamese.

He graduated in 2007 from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. For one year, he worked as an EMT to gain basic medical experience. In 2012, he graduated from South University in Savannah, GA with a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In his spare time, Tam enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 young children. He is excited to be part of the Georgia Interventional Medicine family and is proud to work with such a fantastic team of providers.
