Nurse Practitioner Bio
Chidinma Anuliekette, known by her Patients as Chi-Chi, is originally from Nigeria. She attended Florence Nightingale School of Nursing, England, United Kingdom, where she obtained an Associate degree in Nursing. Shortly after graduating she emigrated to the United States and began working at Grady Memorial Hospital where her passion for trauma was birthed. She gained extensive knowledge and experience in providing care to Patients in acute settings, working on the trauma care unit and the Operating room. While still employed at Grady, she was nominated as Perioperative Nurse of the year and in later years was awarded Nurse of the year for the department. She attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, enrolling in the RN - BSN program, subsequently obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The quest for knowledge propelled her to further her education, by attending Walden University in Minnesota, enrolling in the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG- ACNP) program and obtaining her Masters of Science in Nursing. Chi-Chi describes her achievements as a necessary preparation for the future of health care. "I see so many Patients who do not understand their health problems", I believe that my Patients should have an understanding of their health condition, that is why educating them about their health allows them make meaningful decisions that is paramount to their wellbeing. Chichi lives with her teenage daughter in Grayson Georgia. In her spare time, enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, dancing, socializing and meeting new people. The team of Providers and staff at Georgia interventional Medicine are a cohesive group that put the Patients first, working as part of this team is an exciting experience that I look forward to each day.
